	Joined Jo Tankers as Director Ship Management in 2004 and has previous experience as Project Engineer, Superintedent, Fleet Manager and Managing Director. Born 1971. Education from Norwegian Institute of Technology.		6 years with Jo Tankers as Manager for Trans Atlantic Service, and Director S&O since 2008. 10 years additional chemical experience from previous positions. Born 1964. Holds Bachelor of Arts, Business Administration, C.L.U. from 1990.
Finn Sværen	Director Human Resources – Shore staff	Frode Høyland	CFO / Finance Director
	Joined Jo Tankers November 2008. Past experience both from shipping, in KGJS, and from human resources in Mercuri Urval as well as Managing Director of W. Giertsen Industry. Born 1959. Engineering degree combined with management / commercial subjects from NHHK		Joined Jo Tankers January 2009. Previous experience as CFO with Jebsens, Sparebanken Vest and Bailey Norge. Audit and consultancy experience from Price Waterhouse. Born 1966. Master of Business and Economics from Norwegian School of Management (BI), CPA, Certified European Financial Analyst and Master of Business Administration in Finance from Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH)
