Jo Pinari Delivered!
Today Jo Tankers took delivery of Jo Pinari from STX Shipyard in South Korea. - Thursday, October 18, 2012
This marks a very important milestone in the history of the company. Not only is it the first delivery in our current newbuilding program, it is also marks our entry into the LR1 product tanker segment. The Project Department and the Site Team in Korea has done an excellent job throughout the project and we are taking delivery of a very high quality vessel.

Jo Tankers announces today an order of two stainless steel vessels
Jo Tankers announces today an order of two stainless steel vessels of 30.000 deadweight tons withIMOI/II/III notation, from Mingde Heavy Industry in China with delivery from mid-year 2013. The order also contains options for additional vessels to be declared later. These vessels represent an expansion and further renewal of the Jo Tankers core fleet within advanced chemical tankers.
Jo Tankers announced earlier this year the order of two LR1/PANAMAX from STX in South Korea and two LR1/PANAMAX New Times Shipbuilding with delivery late 2012 and early 2013.

Jo Tankers announces today an order of two LR1/PANAMAX – 74.500 deadweight tons - IMOIII notation, from New Time Shipbuilding in China with delivery early 2013. These vessels represent a further expansion the Jo Tankers fleet, as well the strategic move to also include larger product tankers in the portfolio of vessels.
