| ADDITIONAL INFORMATION |
|
The cargo area is divided into 39 tanks, all in stainless steel AISI 316 LN quality. In addition there are installed 2 decktanks in stainless steel.
Each cargo tank is a self-contained unit totally separated from each other. The ship is capable of carrying up to 41 different cargoes simultaneously.
Centretanks are constructed for carrying liquid chemicals with a specific gravity up to 1.85 t/m³ (no filling restrictions).
Wingtanks are constructed for carrying liquid chemicals with a specific gravity up to 1.50 t/m³ (no filling restrictions).
Decktanks are constructed for carrying liquid chemicals with a specific gravity up to 1.30 t/m³ (no filling restrictions).
Heating capacity up to 80 °C for centretanks; up to 60 °C for wingtanks and up to 45 °C for decktanks.
12 vapour return lines - 4"
2 vapour return lines - 6"
2 vapour return lines - 8"
Deck crane(s):2 x 5 t SWL
Each tank is served by an independent deepwell pump and cargo transfer system.
Pump manufacturer: Frank Mohn
Portable pump(s):1 of 70 m³/h against 70 m.w.c.
The centre and deck cargo tanks are designed to take cargoes with specific weight from 1.3 t/m³ to 2.15 t/m³.
Cargo Handling Arrangement:
Each cargo tank has a separate deepwell pump, capacities 100-500 m³/h against 110 mlc, s.p.g 0.9 t/m³, separate cargo lines and a separate crossover amidship.
A radar system for tank level measurement and control is installed for each tank. All cargo handling and control operations from Cargo Control Room aft.
Stainless steel heating coils are installed in each tank.
